How do I make color palettes

Hi m8's, I was trying to find out how I can make a new color palette in Photoshop. I used Photoshop Elements 5.0 and I used it's default color palette allot. I now have Photoshop CS3 and it does not have the same palette. How do I create a new palette for the CS3 using the colors from Elements? I can't find the "default" color file in Elements to copy it and then paste in CS3. I thought I saw a Tutorial in the Forum but I can't find it now.

Probably you just have to loadthe right set of colors. Click on the small arrow in the top right and choose Load Swatches.

If the one you need is missing. Copy the missing .aco(s) file from the Color swatches directory of Elements to CS3.

By rightclicking in the swatches window you can choose to add and delete colors from the current set of swatches.
