I have a problem with Paint Shop Pro files

I cannot open a file from a webpage signature tag tutorial. Instead it gives an error message saying it cannot find that file in temporary internet files and opens up paint shop pro. All other zip files work fine. Do you have any idea what I can do to fix this? Thanks Alii

Here is a tutorial that I can't download the supplies. I was able too. I don't know what happened.

I have Windows Vista, Paint Shop Pro 9 and Winzip 9. I had the latest version of winZip but got the old one back. Ali

Hmm, I have not seen that webpage before. But I did successfully download and open the .ZIP file.

If your browser is giving some trouble with the download, then try to right click the download link, and choose 'Save as..." and it might give a better result? I am not sure, I do not have Windows Vista.

Save the zip-file to a location on your computer. Then open it.
Do not open it while downloading directly. Winzip is known to show odd behaviour when you do so.

I hope this helps to solve your problem.
