    Thanks JMSmith, if anyone else spots anything they think is wrong, please let me know, I'm going blind looking at this one.

    Re: A day off

    I have no problem with covering some Russian hurricanes, I have already put some by to do. I would also like to do some Russian, American and Israeli Spitfires too, so if anyone has any good info on these please let me know.
    I'm tempted to do sme captured 109's too, so add that to the list too

    The first one just made me smile, the other one I would really love to profile . . .

    KW*D looks sweet, Jesters! My only question is about the tropical modification: it looks a bit too large to me, but then I've never paid close attention to these so it might be normal... ?

    Most painted bloody Spitfire in history . . . . Grrrrrrr.
    SN-A Sn.JK715 Flown by Evan Mackie, all over the place by the looks o things.

    as seen in Osprey---->

    As seen in Mushroom--->

    AC24 on this list-->Victory Productions VPD48006

    The Spitfire on this page and as old as the page is, the info appears to be correct.-->

    And more info --->

    So . . .when someone asks you for a specific profile, you know damn well its going to be an arse to do.

    Re: A day off

    Jester,
    As far as I can tell (and from reading Mackie's book Spitfire Leader) SN-A was first painted in Desert colours (Dark Earth/Mid Stone, Azure underside) up to approx May 1942 then Grey/Green, Azure under there after.
    Dunno from were you got the Temperate (Green/Broen) scheme info from but I can find no other referance to it?
    Regards

    Chris
