Re: A day off
Thanks JMSmith, if anyone else spots anything they think is wrong, please let me know, I'm going blind looking at this one.

Re: A day off
KW*D looks sweet, Jesters!
My only question is about the tropical modification: it looks a bit too large to me, but then I've never paid close attention to these so it might be normal... ?

Re: A day off
Most painted bloody Spitfire in history . . . . Grrrrrrr.
SN-A Sn.JK715 Flown by Evan Mackie, all over the place by the looks o things.
as seen in Osprey---->
As seen in Mushroom--->
AC24 on this list-->Victory Productions VPD48006
The Spitfire on this page and as old as the page is, the info appears to be correct.-->
Historic Aviation Services- Profile Art
And more info --->
http://www.largescaleplanes.com/arti...ts_partII.html
http://www.network54.com/Forum/47751...p.+1-48+Tamiya
So . . .when someone asks you for a specific profile, you know damn well its going to be an arse to do.

Re: A day off
Jester,
As far as I can tell (and from reading Mackie's book Spitfire Leader) SN-A was first painted in Desert colours (Dark Earth/Mid Stone, Azure underside) up to approx May 1942 then Grey/Green, Azure under there after.
Dunno from were you got the Temperate (Green/Broen) scheme info from but I can find no other referance to it?
Regards
Chris
