Great pics thanks. A really scruffy aeroplane though. The ground staff should be ashamed of themselves letting a photographer anywhere near it!
I'll try to make time to smear mine up a bit just to see what it looks like.
I do agree with the remarks about salt laden air spoiling the finish. Alloys and salt never really mixed, that's why flying boats rarely last.
