    Copyright infringement

I've purchased a copy of this book Avions de chasse et bombardiers du monde: Amazon.fr: Philippe Poulet: Livres edited for MissionSpeciale Mission Speciale Productions by Mr. Philippe Poulet and found out the misuse of our copyrighted digital color artworks in this book "Avions de chasse & bombardiers du monde" created by... three different professional illustrators. All necessary legal actions are being taken against Mr. Poulet to claim the retiremmte of this title from all distribution ciruits and the payment of the damages.

just to say: BEWARE of Mr Poulet if he gets in touch with you! He won't pay

    Re: Copyright infringement

Ok, let me be more clear, so others may not do same mistake:

In July I have been contacted by Mr Poulet who said he had a project to publish a book using some of the artworks he found on aviationgraphic.com.
We dealed for 40 profiles, most of them were mine but 10 also belongs to Tom Cooper and 1 to Lieuwe de Vries (Supah) who asked for a book in exchange.

He asked to pay in two tranches, one in end of July and one in mid August.
I sent him the TIFF files as requested together with my company invoice.

Time passed, no money, and in the middle of August all my email to him were ignored, never got a replay (mind that during July and till the day I sent the illustrations we got in touch almost daily even by phone).

According to Tom Cooper, who lives in Wien, we gave the invoice to an International Debt Collect company. So far they said that tried many times an approach but without any results.

As I had involved two illustrators to help me due to lack of time, it was my duty to pay at least Tom Cooper, thing that I did, while Supah is still waiting for his copy of the Book. And mean while as I released a fiscal invoice I had to pay the 20% VAT plus taxes on that. I was pretty pissed off and was going to let this go.

I was thinking "he didn't pay but at least the project stalled" I was prepapring a lawyer document to keep him aware not to use the images we sent as we had not been payed for so he had no rights on them

Suddenly a BAD surprise! The book was released some weeks ago. Unbelievable! I bought a copy from Amazon thinking that maybe he relayouted the book without our artworks...all our artworks are there. It's easy to make busniess and money with free materials.

Here we are mates. I decided to tell everybody (including Amazon legal office) about this book and suggest all of you top keep an eye open on "mission speciales" and Mr Philippe Poulet. Never trust him, unless he pays first of course

And here is a preview of the contents: Avions de chasse et bombardiers du monde

as you can notice 99% of the pictures are in "public domain" from USAF, USNAVY or even factories, but am pretty more than sure he just said where they are from without even ask
