wow... very nice work![]()
Hello. The illustration of the second times is up-loaded.![]()
I thinnk you are on to something with these profiles...a few tweeks and they will be very good.
In my eyes one of the things you can do to improve your drawings greatly, is removing the outer black lines from the profile, an dlet teh highlights and shades define the shape of the aircraft.
Also try and play around with the opasity of the panel lines.
The shades are also inconsistent...try do those from a photo (airliners.net have plenty of F-15 photos...i have a large collection aswell, so if you are intersted iŽll be happy to look through the photos and see if thereŽs some of them that would be suited as a shade/highlight template). Drop me a line if you are interested
almost forgot: Welcome to SPS !
Thank you for a valuable comment.
The drawing was started from last year. The use software is an Illustrator CS4. Everything is drawn in the vector line.
The aircraft profiles third work in F-15J. The experience is insufficient and teach, please.
The inconsistent of the shadow is understood.
It knows airliners.net Thank you. I want to see shade/highlight template.
I do not understand which highlight part only has to be removed.
I do not understand the opacity of the panel lines somewhere.
Please teach by all means.
My best regards.
I agree with Aircraftprofiles, the lines stand out a little much. They work much better on your Phantom but that is because the phantom is darker in color.
It does look good though!![]()
FAST AND BULBOUS!
I started correcting from the outline of Fuselage.
Thank you for the "nicely explains the lines thing".
I will correct my crude drawings.
Thank you![]()
I'd hardly call them crude they're damn good
Harriers...uppy downy things.
Yep not crude for sure! Those are really great drawings!!!
This is all Illustrator, yes? I know if it were Photoshop I'd suggest setting the lines to the "soft light" blending option. It responds well to both light and dark tones and blends nicely.
FAST AND BULBOUS!
