Check that no one has painted red crosses on your eyes John!

    Re: Siebel 5-in-1

I am very sorry to inform, my days of beers are now over
But hey! It is time to start painting this dunkelgrun tin can.
Here is start of the Si-204D (german), radar will be included as an option exclusively on Blowhard's request. So as some metallic paints and chrome rims, too.

You might want to move your highlight down some. Right now it looks a lot less rounded on the upper edge. If you move the highlight down some you'll get a rounder looking radius along the upper edge but still maintain the flat-is sides. It will also help make the upper edge recede into the picture more, more implied depth.

Other than that, it's looking pretty voluminous
I'm not sure why, but I've always liked this plane...maybe because you hardly ever see them.

Thanks for the radar (and rims)

Somehow I've allways found this plane to be in the top five WWII favs, but it was hard to find material dealing with Siebel so I find this thread a real treasure! Great work, bravo!

    Re: Siebel 5-in-1

    Thank you all, gentlemen.
Blowhard, thanks for the advice, I hope it's better now.
Siebel is one of my favorite planes also, and I really hope that this one will turn out fine.
I already know for C-3, it is the one of those 5-in-1 mentioned in the title. I found several walkarounds of C-3 model, and they are my main source of good reference photos.

So, here is the minor update. Any critics or advices are welcomed.

Does anyone know the advantages to these green house style canopies? The germans had them on more planes like the He-111 etc. Is it purely a visibility thing?
