After reading through all of this I think Im going to stay with Paint Shop Pro V4 course I could upgrade to V5 for around 39.00.
The only downside is having to convert some of the paint kits from PSD that PSP does not handle. On the upside of that Corel is looking for ways to improve PSP.

At about 10 or 20 quid a month I might go for the Adobe subscription... but as usual Adobe has overpriced it's products. Downloaded CS2 illustrator..........
