I always love the x-planes and this is no exception
My most recent collaboration with Talos is the Vought V-507, LTV's submission to the VFX competition actually won by the Grumman Tomcat. I've also submitted this to the Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda GB over at the Beyond the Sprues Forums.
I hope you like it!
Cheers,
Logan

Harriers...uppy downy things.
Thanks, Inkworm! I'm glad you like it. I thought it turned out pretty well. It's too bad the aircraft only made it in mockup form.

They've very different. This one definitely has a more traditional "strike" appearance than an air superiority fighter, but I like the French look that it has (no coincidence, either).

Logan

Aww, gamary, can't even get love from the French on this one. It's a Dassault relative.
Cheers,
Logan
Since there are so few pictures of the V-507 mockup that we could use for reference, I figured I'd show you some of the better ones.
I do like how it keeps the wings clean even with a full load of 10 missiles.

Logan
Totally different plane for a different role and era. The Mirage IV was more in the class of the Vigilante. In my opinion, the Vigilante was one of the most beautiful aircraft that carriers ever had the privilege of operating.
