Annoying little problem

Hi guys

I have this little annoying little problem.
When I want to place let's say a roundel in a very specific spot, it sometimes jump 2 pixels instead of the 1 I want it too, even if I zoom max in.
There is properly nothing to do about it, just like to hear if you have the some problem. It's in CS2 btw.

Make sure you have the area selected you want or leave unselected to move the whole layer and then use the cursor keys to move it exactly where you want. This will budge it in the given directions by one pixel. For this to work you have to have the Move tool selected. Failing this, select the area you want, go to Filters>Other>Offset. You can control moving it by the one pixel amount in vertical and horizontal planes.

Maybe you got the Snap option on. That makes objects snap to borders and guidelines.
You can toggle it in the menu View.

Might be stuck on snap to grid too.
