yes thank you GMIs this what you wanted, santino?![]()
I've modified the cockpit. This gif shows the mods between early and current versions of the template.
Don't pay attention to the markings, which need to be redone, and to the dayglo colour, which doesn't like gif format!
If anybody sees anything else that needs correction, speak now or remain silent forever!I'll re-do the PAF aircraft, as well as Belgian MT35, and then proceed to other Luftwaffe and Irish Air Corps models. BTW, I've found this while looking for IAC Magister stencils: www.IrishAirPics.com , if anyone is interested.

I can't comment on accuracy, as I've no references. But I think the artwork is looking really excellent. Great work on this rather interesting subject!
After modifications and other things, I've moved on to the Irish version of the Magister. Who can spot the differences between a French and an Irish Magister? It's like the 7 differences game: except that there are 8 of them.
How do you like it, AGN_Matt? If I feel up to it, I'll draw the entire Irish Magister fleet. (Actually, I'm just saying that in order to brag: they only had 6 or 7 IIRC).
Ooops: just realized the text isn't "justifi?" as we frogs say (squared?). I'll have to modify that.

Oh Oh! me pick me! lemme see! there are some different radio ariels and fins at least 5 that aren't on the French plane. There's a blackout canopy in the back for instrument rating training. The equipment behind the back seat is different. Well? Wow gamary very nice plane. You do very nice work.
Cheers
Kidcan
kidcan gets 7/8, which isn't bad!The one thing you didn't notice were the two static-discharge wires at the tip of the fin, which I haven't seen on other Fougas. I don't know what the antenna-looking thing under the engine is for. I'm not even sure it's an antenna. Anybody who knows is invited to enlighten us all.
As for the equipment behind the 2nd pilot, it's radio equipment. What's surprising is that there is a bulkhead behind the second seat, so the aft canopy glazing is useless, which is why some countries (Israel, Belgium) exchanged it for a opaque covering.
I'm reviving this old thread as I had an order for a custom Magister and seized the occasion to improve the original model (which was, I must admit, sub-par):
I'll have to update the other drawings to this new standard... Let me know what you think...
GM, Really like shading used on the rear.Is there a reason the front half is so light??
