Very nice and very accurate. God job![]()
The difference with the Irish Magister is the bottle of whisky on top of the flight console....and here all of you thought I was dumb!
Very nice and very accurate. God job![]()
Yes. This particular a/c was painted in a light grey colour from the engine intake to the front. The rear is dirty NMF.Is there a reason the front half is so light??
@Supah: it was an operational a/c. The French Fougas often looked worn-out. Possibly the fact that they stand so low on the ground didn't help. It's said to be the only a/c which you have to get down to enter.![]()
A little more work on the Magister:
1970 livery for the Patrouille de France
Blue livery, from 1971 to 1980 when they traded their Magister for the Alphajet.
Now that JGrigolo has helped me with pictures of the Smoke Squadron Magister, I guess I really should do that one as well.

Thanks a lot JGrigolo. Unfortunately, with the extra work I just received, that will have to wait a bit.![]()
Damn Gamary, that looks pretty cool!!! Great work!
Shame it's such an ugly looking aircraft in my opinion, despite that the artwork looks great.
Thanks, soulfreak and inkworm.![]()
GM,
Isn't JGrigolo's photo interesting since it shows a curved tail shadow on the aft fuselage--we know they exist, don't we??![]()
