Hi all,

Ok here we go TAKE 2.
After receiving accurate plans from Blowhard and pics from vacajun & Gamary I have been able to redraw the V1 and am now up to shading. It is still a work in progress so let me know anything i have missed or need to change.

Hi Damo,

I'd take a white gradient fill (Which dissolves towards to transparant) and drag it to the centerline of the engine from the top. Then I'd do the same with a black gradient fill coming from the bottom. Then tweak their opacity. Don't be afraid of used really strong shadows and highlights.

I think you'll get some ideas from that shading tutorial I sent you a link too.

Will you add more surface details as you go along? Like rivets and access panels and what-not? I hope so
