Is it possible for me to download your color swatches? I'm getting different RLM color number codes for their corresponding colors,with each site that I visit. I need a standard.

You cannot download them (yet).
But you could print the page for example.
Different values are because of the source used by the person who translated the values. Some people like to combine de values found on different sites and then see what looks best on their project.
Remember many things are not really known and only an approach. So, noone can calim his list of colors is perfect.
