    Hi Santos

    Excellent work!

You should post it over on LEMB forum where I am sure many will appreciate the high standard you are now achieving.

    Cheers

Santos, the nose is still wrong. Do an overlay of my drawing and you'll see why. I've spent 50 years and several thousand dollars on the original drawings and other reference material. Trust me on this one.

    Re: Bf.109E

    Hello Otter,
I really believe in you, when you say that my drawing is wrong, I know.
When I started this project (2006) that the drawing was more beautiful than I had (bf109E-4Trop)...

I have already compared our designs, but the work to bring my color profile to your drawing is really too much, I do not think it makes sense to work so hard for that profile (I can make only small adjustments), in the years I have used this subject to apply the new techniques I learned, as if it were a sort of test case drawing... at this moment I'm pretty proud of the final result, especially looking at few color profiles published in the years ...

In the future I would be really honored if you'd give me the opportunity to
do a project together, to give more substance to the work and the techniques I have learned in the last years.
    Cheers

    Santino

Looking good Santy One thing that I think would make these more three dimensional would be to vary the strength of the fuzzy black panel lines. If they were to sofent up toward the upper and lower edges of the fuselage and disappear a little through the highlight your fuselage would appear to have more form. Give it a try if your file is set up in such a way that you can make those adjustments easily.

This is an extreme version but I didn't spend more than a few minutes on it-

Notice how much more dimension the lower one has? The panel lines and the fuzzy overlay tend to make the shape look flat unless they diminish where the shape goes around the corners of the fuselage. If you vary them you'll show more form.
Of course there is a fine line between obscuring detail and not showing enough.
It's not 100% necessary but it's something to think about

Looking MUCH better now Santos. I work pretty much excusively in Luftwaffe stuff, but occasionally people like Supah cause me to stray. Your English is just fine. Most of us make misteggs at the keyboard, so don't sweat it.

ad to BHs message, maybe Santy has just the wrong order of layers try to put highlight over the panel lines...

    Look svery nice Satno!

One detail: the direction of the light is not the same for the prop as it is for the tailplane on your drawing (the shadows are not at the same angle).
