If you can get a good shot the snake wouldn't be too hard, it's going to have an airbrushed look anyway so a photoshopped look is what you need.

Would the highlight caused by the sun still be there if it's under the shadow cast by the wing, plus being picky shouldn't the shadow from the wing have the same amount of blur as the other shadows for consistency?
