finding them for you now![]()
Hello to all.
I'm starting Havoc, but the drawings in books I have don't have the rivets rows...
Does anybody have detailed drawings (with rivets) for it, please? JMSmith?![]()

JMSmith (back by popular demand)
ok,
first the base drawing, this is the one bentley based his drawings on, followed by a russian manual showing rib and former positions, just check on photos how many lines of rivets go to each, 1, 2, 3, or 4![]()

Hahaha. Actually, I do now. Thanks to you.GM just loves these![]()
And knowing the exact of the dihedral is very useful when applying underwing markings. (i.e. if you remember a little basic maths).
Thanks, guys...
But this is kinda complicated for me (at least at this stage)...
Perhaps I'll do it rivetsless...![]()
Harriers...uppy downy things.
Perhaps not that basic, indeed. How basic? I can just about 1+1=2 and that you can still just about get a round for under a tenner in certain pubs! You're going to make me look like the nerd with big glasses that gets pushed by everybody at school.
Just use the sine function. If you you have a wing with 8° dihedral and want to apply a 1m diameter roundel to it, the roundel would appear to be 13.9 cm high in a profile. Sin(8)=0,139......
Comes in handy, believe me.
I have to leave you all now, because I'm late for my nuclear physics class.![]()
one of my favourite aircraft - here is my basic model from 2 years ago. One day i will redo this,
