    I did the same at the Duxford air show..told the security guy what I do, and made photos of some a/c from angles I needed of details I needed...Zamex was happy to have those

    Again, that is not how it works in the Netherlands in general and the RNLAF museum in particular. Even using a tripod apparently is suspicious and makes the staff repeatedly tell you that you are not allowed to make professional photographs without a paid license. They also believe that if you upload photo's of their collection people will just look at the photo's instead of coming there to see them themselves.

    Well they do have a point, my wife would kill me if I went off to a museum in the Netherlands or US every time I wanted some more research.

    But seriously I think they are a bit misguided, photos give a good indication of the collection and state of the aircraft but make me more inclined to visit (if I had the time).

    I was going to do a Blue Max D.VII (has to be done), but then I thought "why not do a design I might have chosen if I was around in the day".

    So it turned out like this-------->



    How would your Fokker have looked if you were around in the day?
    And don't say "shot down crashed and burned! I don't want to hear it!
