Good to see some from the land combat again.
Someone also uploaded some German WW2 swatches. Not really good for Steelbeasts, but interesting for who is interested in ww2 landcombat as well![]()
Here are SBProPE Leopards wearing WWII Panther Colors from PE-X
Looks very cool Magee. I'm a huge WW2 tank fan too, looking forward to these two sim's on the horizon, T34vsTiger, and Steel Fury.
I have been working on a new abrams for Pro. Those pics Eric had inspired me to do one more. Though I have'nt been working on it lately, and this older image is all I have ready, its coming along nice I think.

Is that rough surface effect a graphics feature of the sim, or is that texture work?
If you mean the bumpy area just below the turrent, yes, texture work. Its anti slip. They spray it on surfaces that the crew walk on. Just a layer in photoshop, sprayed, and set with one of the bevel filters.

Yep that's what I was seeing. Nice work on that.
Looks great. It's similar to the PhotoShop technique that I use to apply Zimmerite.![]()
