Hello, and welcome.
We currently don't have a F4 skinning guru on our site, so as you'll notice we don't have a getting started guide for that sim.
However, you'll likely find that the techniques used in the other tutorials for other sims will apply to your projects as well, once you are underway. I hope they can be of use to you.
And of course, even though I can't give specific help as to the processes for F4 skinning, the staff and members here can give plenty of advice on your paint work and techniques! Feel free to ask!
