    Re: FW 190 D9

BH, I have a headache trying to figure it out. At least that's what I'm claiming with my wife. I have at least 4 examples of tail wheel types now. God knows how many more there are. Unless I recieve information to the contrary I'll stick a fork in it and move on. As you can see, it LOOKS convincing, but that center area still bothers me. On to the main landing gear now and...oh joy!.....I discover there are at least two types that were used. Why can't things ever be straightforward?

Since FW190D9s where rebuilt from earlier FW190 A7 , A8 or other sub types it cold've been any of the above. Unless you have photographs of the tailwheel of the particular aircraft you are doing pick one and may the force be with you.

Also depends which factory built or rebuilt it.

BH...don't you DARE get me started again! I just got the damn thing finished. Can I breathe for a while now? It's not a question of what I'm going to do with it, but what others are going to do with it. It looks lots better in the original size but at 5000px X 2100px I can't post it here. Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement and help. Take a bow because yer da best crew ever!
