Don't blame me...it's all Jester's fault. He made me do it!

Pretty soon you might run out of things to draw Otter if you stay at this rate of productivity

Re: Another one to quibble over

Not likely Supah. I still have the F and G series to do for the FW. Then there's the D series and the Ta-152. Before that, I still have the F, G and K series for the 109. After that I go back to the beginning, because I haven't even touched the A, B, C or D yet. Oh, let's not forget all the nifty little Rustsatze kits for both of them either. When I get those done, there's no shortage of stuff I want to draw ACCURATELY.....so I think I'll be kept busy right up until the time the Goddess reclaims me.

    Hi Otter!

Great job! Now you should do the Sturmböcke versions with the additional armor and removed and covered guns in the fuselage.
    A-6/R-8
    A-7/R-8
    A-8/R-8

or nice would be the nightfighter versions A-6/R-11 and A-8/R-11 with flame dampers and radar.

    Cheers, Simon

BTW: fine would be also the other sides of the planes maybe without the undercarriage? There is a lot of work waiting for you! :-)

Re: Another one to quibble over

At some point Simon I intend to do full views of all these aircraft (tops and bottoms too) but right now I am focused on doing the view most profilers work on. Closed landing gear is simple. All I do is turn off that layer and fill in the wheel well doors. Notice that ALL versions are unembellished...no drop tanks or anything. This has been done deliberately. See the start of the Rustsatze kits above? The intent is to put together enough material so that ANY version can be built in a matter of minutes just by cutting and pasting from one window to another because everything will be done to the same scale. It's sort of like buying after market details for your bare bones model kit.

As an added note here to anyone interested, I had to reformat the 'puter last week and as a result lost all my email addies. Interested parties should email me again (even if it's a blank message) so I can add you to my email list again. I lost my favorites list too!

    Cheers!!!!

Nice set of drawings! I especially like how you list the visual differences between models.

Re: Another one to quibble over

It can get pretty confusing Jar. I thought it was important enough to list the changes so that anyone could check my work against that of photos. Furthermore, it helps others identify which variant they are looking at in photos since they aren't always correctly identified. I'll have to do the same thing with the 109 series. I'm certain it helps others through the confusing mess.
