Here's the next one too. It's A3-15 as it flew in the late 1960s in the Deltas formation team. This is being done for the pilot himself, who flew as Solo 2 in the team.

FWIW, I tend to prefer my NMF to be a little more neutral in tone, to me this still seems a little blue. These things are always subjective tho.

Here's a couple more variations on the theme.

Grey was late in the day just prior to retirement and the red, white and blue scheme was a Diamond Jubilee RAAF formation team from 1981.

These colours are definitely doing something strange since I updated to CS4 and Snow Leopard. The upper image should be a very neutral Air Superiority Grey.

I'll have to look into this.
