    Well perhaps if they had used mavericks instead of sidewinders they would have been more successful In one sense it is quite realistic, JASDF 104's lacked all AG capacity beyond using there guns for strafing.

    JASDF can't operate in AG offensive role since WW2. The afterwar limitations include a SELF AIR DEFENCE, means hundred of interceptors. Now things are slightly changing and in a near future we'll may see maybe the F-35 with AG weapons.

    Yeah though I think I have seen a picture of a JASDF F-4E with clusterbombs and with mavericks once. But perhaps that was just a test aircraft.

    They are testing LOTS of AG weoapns, also some cruise looking like missile hanged under F-15. But they use is lmited to a test only.

    Well well.. hope it's not like the Hasegawa "G/S" that of "S" had only the name....no belly fins, no different intakes and ..no Martin Baker!!

    hehehehe yes be prepared to spend 80 euro's in aftermarket to make an S out of the Hasegawa kit. Even if this was just the Hasegawa kit with recessed panel lines I'd be very pleased, now if they would also make a TF I need to raise the maximum on my credit card
