    DDS file unpacker / Packer

Howdy all you TW fellah's I have installed target ware on my PC in order to work on and paint skins for you all.
Since Im a simple sort , I had to find a utility which unpacks and then repacks the skins from the files.
    It's called DDS Converter 2.

I have successfully, unpacked, and repacked the game files and had them work on my Install of the game.
Here is the Utility and if there are any Questions ? I will do a small Tutorial on how to do it with Pictures so all the rest of the Simple people can follow along with me.
    I hope this helps.

    thanks snake

another possibility is using the photoshop plugin from nvidia:

    Adobe Photoshop Plug-ins

dunno if there is a support for paint shop pro or gimp, but for the (pc) photoshop guys it's a nice tool.

just for viewing them you can also use Irfan view (freeware).

in most cases you don't need to do the convertion into dds files, because the game engine also supports *.tgas for texturing.
