A few years in a row the museum people at the Dayton air force museum opened up after hours and let I.P.M.S. members sit in planes as part of the model convention. HOW COOL IS (was) THAT?

Blowhard; next time you go into that cockpit, try to put a little fuel in the tanks the night before. Once you're in the office of the 262, hit that ignition button and slam the throttle forward. (And run also because IIRC the 262's engine didn't like being slammed and caught fire to show their disapprobation). lol
