Nearly there. Here is the first set of markings and a full compliment of stencils. They are all legit, so don't feel you have to read them all! Just the inside of the cockpit to do, and I need to do something with the drop tank. It's a bit flat.

    Re: CA-27 Avon Sabre

That's just way too freakin' detailed.

    Yes, outstanding!
But I, for one, would LOVE to see beefier shadows and stronger highlights. The upper fuselage does look rounded, but I feel it should look even more rounded. But the lower part of the fuselage looks a little anemic in comparison, especially compared to all that detail! You've done a masterful job with all that detail and I think the shading should be just as bold
Also, do watch the nose highlight, the highlight there reads more like a shallow relief rather than the complex rounded intake lip. I have no real idea what to do with the highlight to show the shape accurately, mind you, but it should "read" more round...if you get my meaning.
All that said, it's still just gorgeous Grubby!!!

I could find any pictures that match your shading, but maybe these will help some?

    Hi BlowHard,

Thanks for your comments. I have doubled up the highlight and shading layers and then dropped back the opacity to give it more punch. Still not sure about the nose, but I think it is a bit better.

It is interesting how small the standard intake on your photos looks now!

Here's the second scheme. A94-946 was used by ARDU (Aircraft Research and Development Unit) to test, among other things, launching Red Streak (?) and Sidewinder AAMs.
