    gone a bit further with this,
    still lots to do, and then i might have to throw the lot away, i have a visit booked for the research section at the RAF Museum at Hendon, they have lots of images and some! drawings for me to study.

    you will note i have included the bulge on the bombay doors, i have only spotted this on one aircraft.

    She's a beaut, i love the FAA theres something beautiful in all their aircraft. keep at it John, be good to see this one when its done.

    On the "ugly scale" that rates a 9 or 10. The thing is, because they are so ugly they have a tendancy to drop off into obscurity. I think what you are doing is pretty important John. History needs to be preserved somehow. If it wasn't for guys like you doing the lame ducks, these aircraft would probably be forgotten for eternity. Carry on old son, and do us all proud!

    here is the fuselage complete-ish !!!!
    rudder looks strange because it is fabric covered, i will play with this later, in profiles it is easy to do but for technical drawings it is harder.
