here is a quick demo of what the deform tool do's, you can't see it on the gradient because the lines are so fine.

as you can see, the centre stops vertical.

Now it's made of metal. Not just some sort of grey thingie.

You need to reinforce top shading, as you did on the section just in front of the canopy. While you're at it, add a little bottom shading (just on the very edge).

I'm still not crazy about that prop shadow also, but you've really turned this beast into something, John. Keep it up.

well thanks to being snowed off work today, i have finished this profile, i will do the next stage and fold the far side wing, then i never want to see it again this as sent me and but i just had to complete it, just because i can.
