Looking at your image in post 15 of the other thread it appears that the trailing edge of the wing curves up to meet the demarcation line of the fuselage fairing which as it stands looks to be just a little to high.
Or not.
right moving along,
the M88 engined production version, just trying to address the problem with thw trailing edge to fuselage joint and adjusting the highligh and shadow layers to suit camouflaged aircraft
still to put another thin dark shadow along bottom of fuselage to match engine.

Hey good going. Nice to see you're getting some profiling done!

hi GFR,
checked it out last night, it's about right, distance from bottom of fuselage to end of fairing is approx 1/5 of depth of fuselage at highest piont on turtleback (top fuselage to fin)
hi ronnie,
i thought over 1 year off was enough, thank for the comment, it means a lot to me coming from you.

John!
I think you should do much more light on the fuselage. Now it looks very flat. The lightened up wing tip is in my opinion too much in comparison with the wing leeding edge. Also would reduce the opacity of the flaps shadows (e.g. vertival tail)
Maybe you should think about a very sort "preshading" of the panel lines to give the surface more "life".
Cheers,
Step by step looking betterVery nice subject!

hi simon,
thanks for that, when you are working this close you tend to miss the obvious! like the english say " you can't see the wood for the trees"
your points will be sorted over the weekend
see, even i don't get it right, so don't be blue if i pick on you lot
nearly forgot,
no preshading, not now, not ever!!!!! i hate it, in modeling and in profiling.
