Indeed great work! Want to see more!
Looks fantastic!
Can I see it without the undercarriage deployed?

You're getting better and better, Anton.
Quick question: on the rear upper part of the air intake (beneath the 3rd exhaust pipe), there is something that looks like the shadow cast by the 3rd exhaust pipe. I assume that's not it, right?
Thanks, mate.
Exactly like James said, these two symmetric shadows are cast by the two triangular things... Actually, this part of the oil cooler is nothing but a movable outlet flap, and the triangular plates sealing its limits (boundaries), that were introduced with late type MiG-3:
Here it's opened during the takeoff:

OK, thanks. The flap is barely visible on the profile view and I was wondering what it was!![]()
Here comes the last of the "pack"... Of all three this is surely most famous, since it's most frequently used, being an honored guest at many airshows & test flights...
It's history is as follows: in 2005, near Kurkovo village (Tver region) were found the remains of the pilot, wing commander of the 122-th IAP Yury Alexeev (born in 1920) and the wreckage of his plane MiG-3 №3872. The fighter was shot down while on the patrol during Rzhev-Sychevskaya operation, four kilometers north of the village Chichakovo on August 15, 1942. The aircraft crashed into the ground, pilot died. "Aviarestavratsiya" engineers began restoring the third of the MiG-3's. Since there are no any operable AM-35 (AM-38) engines still, the aircraft got, as in the previous case, Allison V-1710. The first flight of the MiG-3 № 3872 "Red 65" took place in December 17, 2009. It was the third full-assembled MiG-3 and the second flyable. Today it is registered as RA-1563G and based in USA.
As for me, this is my personal favourite, since it has cool "За Pодину" ("For Motherland") inscription. Note the modern putty patch near rear hatch & I reworked the spinner blades:

P.S.: The only thing I'm sorry for is that I just don't know how to make those glossy aerolaquer effect. I know there must be a way, I just didn't discover it yet...
