How Layers work

I did this tutorial at the request of Admin.
It's called How layers work, I used PSP 10 and some PSP 8 screen shots as I could not get some of the stuff to stick in my screen copy utility .
I have sent this to Adlabs to stick up in the tutorial section.
But in case somene needs the info before he finishes I will post the link here for you guys.
