Trust me GFR I'm with you on that one. This profile is starting to do my head in. But I've got to get the last bits done then the other variants will be a piece of cake.![]()
I admire the dedication of you guys to complete a series on one type. I cant help but flit from one nearly completed profile to another, the idea of doing the myriad sub-types would be enough to...

hey clint,
can i say somethingi think the upsidedown v that PK was on about is the sweep back change on the leading edge, my issue with this is the upper camouflage demarkation line, it needs lowering so it is just past the centre, or as on others well past centre, sent myself blind this morning checking my 88 photos and there is an equal mix of both types
couple of images for ya. got thousands more showing both types
JMSmith (back by popular demand)
I see what ya mean John consider it altered.Just a bit below the pitot tube should sort it?
Cheers
Clint
attached image hopefully describes what I ment....but I wear glasses so maybe it is wrong something with that

Hi Peter, thanks for taking the time to post up your concerns. The wing does actually sweep back in that kind of shape just where the two ailerons meet up. Not the best 3 view but this might explain it a bit:
Also the 3-view is of the long winged A-4 but only the very tip of the wing is different on the A-1 short wing version (mine) the rest should be exactly the same.
Cheers
Clint
I know the Ju 88 wing shape...I just wrote it has such an impression to me...maybe you should try to put more light at the wingtip? it is a bit upwards..so should be lighter than root...maybe that helps...
I think Peter's on to something Clint. The engine nacelle and wing need a bit of a push to help the drawing be more 3D in appearance. More light on the nacelle top and wing leading edge and tip? Both features need to be pulled away from the fuselage more as they kind of blend into one mass right now. Stunning work so far tho! I want one!!!![]()

Thank you for your observations both Otter and Peter. I will try and pop the power egg and wing out a bit with some extra more focused highlights.
Cheers
