Arrived thanks John!
Now for a little bit of lesser known F-104 history, when Canada also started producing the F-104 at Canadair they soon found out about the cost of building these aircraft. Canada having little aluminium ore deposits of its own had to import a lot of the aluminium to build their fleet which led to increasing budget overruns. Eager to curb the rising costs Canada turned to its biggest natural asset, it's forrests. Special trained lumberjack - tammed beaver teams selected the highest quality pine and spruce which was used to build certain non-structurally vital components such as skin plates, fairings and wings. The CF-104 proved a reliable fighter in the lineage of such great wooden aircraft as the mosquito though it did suffer in damper climates and was prone to damage from woodworms and woodpeckers.

LMAO. I never thought of throwing the cat at my sister, but we did enjoy throwing it on the curtains, where it remained for a minute or so before figuring out how to come down. I think it enjoyed it as much as we did.Hard to explain, lets just say there was ample reason and the cat totally understood
Nice woodfighter Supah! These were the men who built them:
