    Further work on the F-104J, added correct sidewinder launcher and now the serial and modex are to JASDF specifications. Now to add the JASDF specific radar warning reciever to the tail and I can do more modern machines too

    Did you find the book we talked about in Tokyo? A while back you sent me some stuff from another book, do you have any info on that? I am interested to see if they also do stuff about F-4EJ's

    The nasa machines often flew as chase planes for research aircraft so had to be visible They sure stood out like this!

    Another NASA F-104N with registration N813NA modex 813. Perhaps the most famous, or notorious F-104N this aircraft after it was destroyed when it collided with the XB-70 Valkyrie supersonic bomber prototype. Both aircraft were destroyed in the accident, the pilot of the F-104N Joseph A. Walker was killed in the accident.
