    Re: Harrier FRS1

I haven't had much of a chance to work on this lately, just started my first full time job and I've been pretty buggered!

Supah, there's really not much to the pylon adapter for the missile launch rail. I've attached a picture of the real thing.

I also had a go at some brighter hilights. Inkworm, what colours did you use for your roundels? Mine look a little too bright.

Hi everyone. I'm not a specialist too - and i've never "jump the gap" and post my own work here - but (WIP or not), Harrier is really a great plane. Congrats.

It's been far too long since the last Harrier appeared on here so time to put it right. 899 NAS in the pre Falklands glossy scheme.

The early ones sometimes carried the Adens and sometimes didn't I've never quite worked out the convention but have photos of them right through the service career in both configurations. Though I know with the GR9s they weren't fitted due to some bureaucratic review that deemed them surplus to requirements despite all the pilots being much happier with some extra firepower.

Only issue I can think of that you might pick up on John is the actual colour.

Looks great Inky, but it doesn't look glossy. Y'know, I hate it when John says "Sumfink doesn't look roit about this. I'll get back to you." usually means "Ya f**ked up big time...and here's why Boyo!" Can't say I don't appreciate the old bastard though.....usually he's right even in his dotage.
