    Thanks, helischmidt. I'll correct that.

One thing is for sure, when doing an aircraft profile, even at my beginners level, you learn an awful lot more about the subject than you ever thought there was to know.

Another update after working on the wing this morning (what happened to my holidays?):

@Heli: Thank you for your comments about the see-through and the red line, which are both accurate. As you can see, I've updated the fin to show the see-through section (although I didn't represent it as large as what you did). As for the red line, I did do it in red. For some reason (jpeg compression, I think), it doesn't show up as such.

One thing Gaetan, the holes where we see the internal workings on the rudder leading edge. Would we not see daylight through these as there is no cover on the other side? Keep it up. Then you can get to the really fun bit and start applying some camo.

For those interested the closest you will get to the font used for the Maintenance markings is Futura by Neufville Digital which they completely digitized from the original DIN lead Futura typeface sources of the Bauersche Giesserei, now held by FT Bauer in Barcelona. The exact font in the family is called Futura ND Condensed Bold check it out here.

And if you don't want to pay the $45 for it you can type sample text on the site so it displays large in the Futura ND typeface. Screen grab it then have a little play around in Illustrator with the Live Trace function. Voila!

    Hi Graetan!

Your 109 looks fine! Only thing you should check again is the tail wheel and it's leather cover! IMO the rim is too large!

    Cheers,
