Thanks, I'm glad it's looking better.
Some work on the new glass. Made from .015 plastic sheet. Trying to cold bend the plastic to match the bodywork contour results in tiny "white" stress marks appearing, it looks like reflective frosting inside the plastic.
So I am using heat, locking the plastic sheet in this adjustable jig, and then blowing a hair dryer on low temp which "sets" the bow and keeps perfect transparency.

And starting work on the last few parts in the headliner and sun visors:

Windshield test fitted into the body shell, fit is OK, but with a bit of work will be better.

Rear glass is sitting on top of the bodywork, as it won't stay in place inside until glued later.

And the visors installed. You can also see the decently close fit of the glass in the windshield frame here, too.

I am hoping from here to have the headliner and related interior details completed by next weekend. All I need is some bits of detailing wire, the mirror, and then painting. From there I can get serious about gluing the windows!
