Aha! You're absolutely right, Vacajun. What would I do without you guys? Thanks again.
Grubby.
Grame, I think the "cut out" area from the intake lip rearwards is too long--the cockpit air intake in the cut out area needs to be more forward.
Super work, guy!!![]()

Hi Guys.
I've done about 4 million more Mustangs lately. I'll post a few of them now.
Graeme.
don't encourage him GM,
otherwise we won't get anything but mustangs![]()

Very nice!
Cheers,
Very cool profiles!
Perhaps boost the reflections on the bare metal a bit though, as it's still looking more grey than metallic.
I just bought Brian Cull's book about Commonwealth air power in Korea ("With the Yanks in Korea"), so some of these puppies look familiar.

Hey me too!(not quite 4 million tho) but enough about me.
Edit* I just answered my own question by having another look.
Could do with a higher degree of contrast with the highlights.
I'm still a fan of the way you've represented the gear door/wheel well.
Have you done A68-105 yet?

Hi Guys,
The parade of Aussie Mustangs continues. I'm about 3/4 of the way through a list of 60 for a book job. Sooooon you'll start to see other stuff from me again!
These two are a couple of civil examples from the 1960s. The attachment on the side of VH-BOY is a wind-operated winch for target towing work.
The caption to the card reads:
"After a distinguished career with the RAAF, the remaining Caribou headed back north with their new owners to continue their humanitarian work."
Merry Christmas to you all.
Grubby.
Nice!
What's on the top of the canopy of VH-BOY? Some sort of sun screen?
