    Grafikco

Those schematics do you have the full picture of a MkVIII? need something with rivets on them & they looks like the ducks nuts, even a Mk IX would be ok

Nice work Gamary look forward to the end result!

I've spent half the day on this. I swear there's a Merlin engine buzzing inside my head.

I've corrected as you indicated Grafikco, and then more where I thought it was appropriate (notably the wing root leading edge).

I will try and get back to it later but right now I need a break.

    Thanks for the link, Barrakooda.

    Here's another update:

Yes, the colours are completely wrong.

Shaping in neutral grey is effective up to a point. From time to time, I switch to a quick'n'dirty camouflage to see how it all looks. Hence the bad paint scheme.

Also at this point, the aircraft is completely slick and it looks awful. I'll be adding weathering soon.

Had great fun detailling the tailwheel:

The wing needs a little thickening probably. Whaddya think?

    Re: Spitfire

More corrections done. Still needs some work but now that she has weathering, I like it better.
