Thanks, guys. I see what you mean about the tail. I see what I can do on the next profile of it. As for the "bend", I think that's the angle of the picture highlighting the fuselage flaring out to meet the canopy. If you look at other images, I don't see any change in the path of the engine cowling until it hits the canopy framing.
