BH, that's really impressive. What I would do is to reduce the red/pink in the face. It lloks like the man got a heavy make up or has a piggyface. (Sorry) Have a look at the "Til Schweiger" pic posted by Mangas. The face is more yellow as red.

I get you Baron, but I think part of this is monitor difference. It does look more red at work but not at home. My boss and I always argue about skin too. She wants everyone to be yellow orange only I know for a fact that some people are very VERY pink too. Skin comes in "millions" of colors and tones But I'll fix that when I get home, I even have a Photoshop action that turns pink skin to yellow skin
