Sorry Vuk, I didn't mean it exactly like it sounded, I was trying to answer the problems that Elephant and Mangas had pointed out, and that it was as close as I could come to making improvementsThe closest You get was these?
Thanks Baron
Neat Art Slammer
OK Elephant and Mangas...where are you? Since the post is buried a few pages back already, here it is again- http://www.simmerspaintshop.com/foru...html#post34871
FAST AND BULBOUS!
Harriers...uppy downy things.
Sorry Dave, I got a bit disorientated by Slammer's art!
Yes, I think it looks OK now...no more perspective "twists"...
(may be a slight adjustment still needed to the coat rim as well?)
I like the skin colour change too, still find the boots soles too thick though,
but you've already explained yourself...
I forgot to comment on the leather shine the other day...simply perfect!

When I said that you all guys killing me, I meant that your work is, in a lack of proper term, fantastic.
I do have some ideas to present something, but not enough time and, comparing to your works, not enough knowledge and artistic touch. If I ever decide to show my lousy skills, probably it would be some whiff.
Cheers!
Thanks Elephant
Vuk;Make note that I started this almost a year agobut not enough timeBut please do post when you're ready
Thanks for the kind words![]()
FAST AND BULBOUS!
I'm starting to put it together. I'm not sure of the scale yet...I think he's a bit tall right now.
No light source work has been done to the profile yet. And do I EVER have a lot of work to do in getting the lighting on the plane to match the figure![]()

FAST AND BULBOUS!
I like how it's coming along.
Even now without the lighting specially looked upon,
they look pretty much blended.
About the scale thing, I find him a bit short on the contrary...
to be more precise the plane behind him looks a bit large to my eyes...
Is his height known?
The average height for a German male for the period was 1.72 m.
He was taller than Roth, at least...
